Approach before judging the façade
Architecture begins with approach. Before standing directly in front of Teatro Capitólio, watch how it appears between roofs, trees and traffic in Lisbon. Distance reveals silhouette and scale; the final few steps reveal joints, weathering and the threshold between street and interior.
