Automotive Stories in a Former Bottling Plant
Discover
The Saratoga Automobile Museum examines the history, innovation, and cultural impact of automobiles. Located within Saratoga Spa State Park, it occupies the restored New York State Bottling Plant, completed in 1935. The building’s earlier purpose adds a second story to the vehicles and ideas explored inside.

A former bottling plant now houses automotive history. At the Saratoga Automobile Museum, the setting and subject invite two kinds of looking: at the building’s reuse and at how vehicles have shaped culture.
What draws you to a historic vehicle: its design, its engineering, or its story?
